Seminar Overview

Communicating in the Workplace provides participants the opportunity to learn and practice skills and techniques that enable them to form strong effective partnerships with their manager, peers, and employees.

Course Objectives

Participant can expect to:

  • Walk away with an enhanced ability to utilize effective questioning and probing techniques
  • Assess their own listening blocks and identify ways/techniques to overcome these barriers
  • Identify and practice assertive and supportive communication techniques
  • Gain an increased confidence in "communicating up," communicating across," or "communicating down"

Communicating in the Workplace utilizes the DiSC Profile.

Target Audience

This seminar is appropriate for employees and management of all levels.

Seminar Length

Communicating in the Workplace can be a 4 hour or 1 day seminar.
