Seminar Overview

This workshop provides managers with tools and techniques to successfully mange the performance of other.  Topics include:  Setting and reviewing performance goals, monitoring and documenting performance, identifying development needs and creating development plans, and conducting performance appraisal discussion.

Participants can expect to:

  • Gain knowledge of how to create a productive work environment

  • Use a performance management process to help employees achieve job specific performance goals

  • Follow a process to link performance goals to overall department and organizational objectives

  • Become skilled at assessing individual development needs and creating professional development plans
