Course Objectives

Participants will receive an overview of the following topics:

• Discrimination laws

• Types of discrimination (race, age, sex, national origin, religious, disability, and sexual orientation)

• Types of Sexual Harassment - Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Environment

• Gray Areas - Areas that may not meet the "Legal Definition" of discrimination or harassment

• Guidelines - How to obtain help and support (this is based on your organization's specific policies and procedures)

This seminar is for everyone within the workplace.
