Bob Lewis Consulting has extensive experience developing and delivering the following Learning & Development Solutions to individuals at all levels. All training sessions can be custom-tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of your organization. All sessions utilize the following to ensure a successful transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities to the workplace:
Interactive Time to teach concepts, methods, and new skills. Training sessions are designed to be highly interactive, adhere to the principles of adult learning, and incorporate approaches that appeal to the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learner.
Adaptive Learning to coach and mentor participants as they begin to apply the new skills. Each session incorporates hands-on skill practices along with activities designed to provide an opportunity to practice and apply the new skills immediately. Upon completion, participants receive coaching and feedback on their performance.
Sustaining Tools to provide on-going support as participants execute the new skills in the workplace. Each session provides a range of materials to support learners with the transfer of what they learned to real world application (job aides, participant guides, learning journals, on-line resources, and reference materials).
Blended Learning which may include: facilitator-led discussions, groups discussions, peer forums, computer-based training, 1:1 coaching, and self-paced learning.
