The Leader Within Series

 

Knowing yourself is critical to being a successful leader.

 

Building self-awareness, recognizing personal tendencies, and gaining an understanding of motivational drivers enables leaders to unlock their true potential and show up and lead in an authentic way.

 

Participants emerge from these sessions with a greater understanding of what is most important to them as a leader, what engages and drives them, and how they can personally shift mindsets and behaviors to perform at a higher level.

Emergentics

Emergenetics is a well-designed, well-researched tool that assesses our thinking and behavioral preferences.

 

The Emergenetics Profile accurately measures three behavioral attributes (Expressiveness, Assertiveness, Flexibility) and four thinking attributes (Analytical, Structural, Social, Conceptual).

 

The Emergenetics Workshop is designed to reveal individual thinking and behavioral preferences through experiential learning to realize greater individual and team potential.

 

Outcomes include:

 

  • Understanding of self and others

  • Enhanced communications with others

  • Increased level of trust, collaboration, and inclusiveness among team

  • Improved individual and team decision making

  • More effective utilization of individual strengths

Emotional Intelligence

The EQ-i 2.0 provides a picture of how individuals operate emotionally, areas of strength and potential areas for development.

 

During this highly interactive workshop, participants gain an honest awareness of themselves and how their behaviors impact others. The session focuses on using emotional intelligence to enhance communications, establish trust, build resilience, and increase team collaboration.

 

Outcomes include:

  • Insights into emotional intelligence, what it is and how to use it

  • Greater self awareness and self management

  • Specific tactics to advance our own personal emotional intelligence

  • Better recognition of the emotions of others and how to respond accordingly

  • Understanding of the intention of our behaviors and the effect it may have on others

Shaping Your POV

A point of view is the perspective we bring from our knowledge, experience and expertise. Each of us must find our natural and authentic voice.

We use our point of view to lead, influence, persuade, create awareness, or simply inspire others thinking. 

During this session, participants learn to formulate and communicate their point of view with purpose and intention. It is critical that leaders communicate in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Outcomes include:

  • Formulate and communicate a point of view with candor, purpose, and intention

  • Ability to use our voice to inspire and engage others

  • Incresed confidence in your ability to articulate and share your point of view
