Conversation is the essential leadership skill.

Great leaders use their voice and are skilled communicators. Whether it is to maintain productivity, implement organizational changes, or to produce results, leaders must have the skill and ability to conduct effective workplace conversations.

The focus of this series is on three critical workplace conversations that leaders must have on a regular basis - coaching, feedback, and courageous conversations.

Leader as Coach

Leader as Coach is an in-depth learning experience designed to help leaders develop a coaching mindset, engage in one-one coaching conversations with others, and inspire others to have greater impact within the organization.

Giving & Receiving Feedback

How to give powerful and effective feedback is a critical leadership skill. This workshop focuses on the skills and strategies necessary to help others understand where they are doing well and where improvement may be necessary.

Outcomes:

Courageous Conversations

As leaders, we find ourselves needing to engage in conversations that may be challenging or even difficult at times. To be an effective communicator in these situations, we need to demonstrate courage, build connections and act with curiosity.

Courageous Conversations focuses on the 3 C's and provides a framework to help us think and prepare for these types of conversations.

Outcomes:

Demonstrates courage by initiating necessary discussions that may be uncomfortable or unpleasant.

Creates a safe environment to allow difficult conversations to take place.
